Juggernaut Corporate Finance acts as a broker and financial advisor, connecting businesses with lending partners. We facilitate the financing inquiry process but do not directly provide loans or financing. All financing decisions, rates, and terms are determined by our lending partners based on their own underwriting criteria. We do not make lending decisions.

Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our inquiry forms, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Universal Partners LLC DBA Juggernaut Corporate Finance. These messages are strictly related to your inquiry and may include:

  • Confirmation that your inquiry has been received
  • Status updates regarding your application
  • Requests for additional information or documentation
  • Responses to your questions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juggernaut Corporate Finance and Universal Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you, if any, for the services in question.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on our website, nor do we guarantee approval of any financing. Rates, terms, and approval decisions are made solely by our lending partners.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
